Skaitmeninis ra\u0161tingumas \u012ftrauktas \u012f mokymo programas, daug d\u0117mesio skiriama problem\u0173 sprendimui, analitiniam m\u0105stymui ir atsakingam \u017einiasklaidos vartojimui. Mokiniai anksti supa\u017eindinami su technologijomis, \u012fgyja praktin\u0117s robotikos, kodavimo ir dirbtinio intelekto patirties. Virtualioji realyb\u0117 ir kitos naujovi\u0161kos priemon\u0117s taip pat naudojamos \u012fvairiuose dalykuose, didinant \u012fsitraukim\u0105 \u012f mokym\u0105si ir skaitmenin\u012f s\u0105moningum\u0105.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Nepaisant \u0161i\u0173 pastang\u0173, i\u0161lieka keletas i\u0161\u0161\u016bki\u0173: Tyrim\u0173 ir duomen\u0173 spragos &#8211; jaunimo medij\u0173 ra\u0161tingumo tyrimai regione n\u0117ra i\u0161sam\u016bs ir nuosekl\u016bs, tod\u0117l sunku \u012fvertinti mokini\u0173 poreikius. Tarpsektorinio bendradarbiavimo poreikis &#8211; stiprinant \u0161vietimo \u012fstaig\u0173, \u017einiasklaidos organizacij\u0173, politikos formuotoj\u0173 ir pilietin\u0117s visuomen\u0117s bendradarbiavim\u0105 galima sukurti veiksmingesnes \u017einiasklaidos priemoni\u0173 naudojimo ra\u0161tingumo strategijas ir iniciatyvas. Bendros pastangos gali pad\u0117ti kurti patrauklias programas, \u0161vietimo kampanijas ir interaktyvias mokymosi patirtis, kurios sulaukt\u0173 atgarsio jaunimo tarpe.         <\/p>\n\n<p>Siekdama \u012fveikti \u0161iuos i\u0161\u0161\u016bkius, BECID stengiasi rengti mokytoj\u0173 mokymus ir kurti auk\u0161tos kokyb\u0117s \u0161vietimo i\u0161teklius, taip pat skatinti pagrindini\u0173 suinteresuot\u0173j\u0173 \u0161ali\u0173 bendradarbiavim\u0105. \u0160ios pastangos yra labai svarbios siekiant suteikti naujajai kartai kritinio m\u0105stymo \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173, b\u016btin\u0173, kad ji gal\u0117t\u0173 u\u017etikrintai ir atsakingai orientuotis sud\u0117tingame skaitmeniniame pasaulyje. Jaunimo MIL hakatonas, surengtas bendradarbiaujant su \u017einiasklaidos organizacijomis visose trijose Baltijos \u0161alyse, buvo ry\u0161kus pavyzdys, kaip pasiekti \u0161\u012f tiksl\u0105 tiesiogiai \u012ftraukiant jaunim\u0105 ir \u017einiasklaid\u0105, o jaunimas pats tapo MIL turinio k\u016br\u0117jais.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160i ataskaita yra 4.5 u\u017eduoties (toliau &#8211; T4.5) rezultatas, prie kurio prisid\u0117jo penki BECID partneriai: UTARTU, UAB &#8222;Delfi&#8221;, AS &#8222;Delfi&#8221;, &#8222;Ekspress Meedia&#8221; ir BCME. \u0160ia u\u017eduotimi buvo siekiama sukurti novatori\u0161k\u0105 ir patraukl\u0173 MIL turin\u012f jaunimui, kur\u012f kurt\u0173 pats jaunimas. Projektas ugd\u0117 nauj\u0105 \u017einiasklaidos turinio k\u016br\u0117j\u0173 kart\u0105, visose trijose Baltijos \u0161alyse organizuodamas bendrus \u017einiasklaidos kursus ir hakaton\u0105. Pirmoje renginio pus\u0117je ekspertai, \u012fskaitant tiriamosios \u017eurnalistikos \u017eurnalistus, dalyvaujan\u010dius WP3, ved\u0117 praktini\u0173 seminar\u0173 cikl\u0105, apimant\u012f kritin\u012f m\u0105stym\u0105, \u017einiasklaidos logik\u0105, etik\u0105, fakt\u0173 tikrinim\u0105, vizualin\u012f ra\u0161tingum\u0105 ir mobili\u0105j\u0105 \u017eurnalistik\u0105, \u012fskaitant socialin\u0117s \u017einiasklaidos rinkodar\u0105. \u0160iuose u\u017esi\u0117mimuose dalyviai \u012fgijo svarbi\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 ir \u012f\u017evalg\u0173 apie \u017einiasklaidos aplink\u0105. Antroje renginio dalyje buvo pereita prie riboto laiko hakatono, kurio dalyviai tur\u0117jo sukurti aktual\u0173 MIL turin\u012f, pritaikyt\u0105 jaunajai auditorijai. Turinys buvo skirtas platinti da\u017eniausiai jaunimo naudojamose platformose ir skirtas tokioms svarbioms temoms kaip sveikata, aplinka, imigracija ir kt.
