This alarming trend highlights an urgent need for long-term strategies that build health literacy and renew trust between the medical community and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research reveals key dimensions of this challenge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ffcd05\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Vaccine hesitancy is not a binary issue<\/mark> \u2013 it spans from outright rejection to cautious uncertainty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Many hesitant individuals are <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ffcd05\" class=\"has-inline-color\">highly engaged in their decision-making<\/mark>, valuing personal agency and self-defined expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ffcd05\" class=\"has-inline-color\">A lack of trust in institutions <\/mark>\u2013 including government, pharmaceutical industry and public-health authorities \u2013 plays a central role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternative-health beliefs and preference for <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ffcd05\" class=\"has-inline-color\">natural or holistic remedies correlate strongly<\/mark> with vaccine scepticism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These patterns work because they meet fundamental human-needs: people seek control over their health and choices, they filter
