BECID2 has finalised its Key Performance Indicators (KPI), providing a clear framework for how we will measure communication, dissemination, and impact throughout the project.
The KPIs set out our shared goals for reach and visibility, content production, engagement, target group impact, and internal coordination. With this framework in place, the consortium can now move confidently into the next phase of the project — focusing on implementation, monitoring, and demonstrating results.
Finalising the KPI document marks an important step for BECID2, ensuring that our activities are measurable, aligned with project objectives, and transparent for partners, stakeholders, and the wider public.
